Agriturismo La Rossa is immersed in the lush Monferrato hills. Here, it is possible to organise entertainment initiatives, small outdoor meetings, dedicate yourself to moments of total relaxation, taste the local cuisine served by the Restaurant or do some Farm Experience, dedicated to those in search of new emotions through direct experiences in cooking, wine production and vineyard management. An argitourism farm like this is more than an attraction. There are musical evenings, wine tasting in the agri-wine-bar, cooking courses, the educational farm, farm experience, collective harvesting. The Priarone brothers have always been a powerhouse of ideas applied to their traditional farming activity. A distinctive feature from the beginning has been the care in the choice of tables and setting, organisation of the spaces that allow to host ceremonies and a policy of always moderate pricing. Today, the classic sampling menu is joined by an a la carte menu that includes a rich offer of starters, first and second courses. The courses are many and big. We start with cured farm meats, vegetable pies or red and yellow pepper ribs with anchovy. Next comes a vast choice of “first courses” that include meat or meat-free ravioli, gnocchi or tagliatelle with meat sauce (delicious!). The second course includes succulent braised meat, roast guinea-fowl or “fritto misto”, a traditional dish of fried meat (must be ordered in advance). Everything is of course accompanied by the wines produced on site. The desserts are traditional, with chocolate bonet or delicious hazelnut cake. On the way out, make sure you enjoy the surrounding greenery and the garden with a playground for young children.
