National, regional or local, the provincial White Truffle Fairs are a tribute to the aromas and flavors of autumn, a dive into the authenticity of villages and towns, immersed in our hills. One product that encloses the essence of Piedmont is the Tuber Magnatum Pico. From 6 October until 8 December in the province of Alessandria there will be series of events dedicated to the hunting and extraction of truffle, an activity which has been recognized as Intangible Cultural Heritage of UNESCO since 2021.
