Tenuta La Romana is set in an 18th-century fully renovated farmhouse with care and respect for the original architecture to offer guests a relaxing and unforgettable stay, embraced by the beauty and tranquillity of the countryside, in the heart of the beautiful area just recognised UNESCO heritage site. The Tenuta is situated in a scenic position among the harmonious hills of Monferrato and Langhe and is immersed in more than 40 hectares of greenery: prized vineyards joined by a lake with small woods just planted with truffle trees, ideal for relaxing walks on foot or by mountain bike in the nature reserve that surrounds us. Here it is easy to forget the city chaos, immersing your look in the uncontaminated greenery of our countryside, where you can abandon yourself to relaxation, wake up in the morning to the sweet sound of nature, walk in the woods, relax in the pool. The agriturismo avails of large rooms, including romantic suites with four poster beds and family suites, equipped with every comfort and services of a high level of hospitality. The breakfast is served buffet style and offers the best local products of Piedmont and local specialties like the hazelnut cake or the amaretti biscuits from Mombaruzzo, the salami and cheese of Roccaverano, completed with jams, desserts and pies, both sweet and savoury, made in the agriturismo. The intimate and romantic Restaurant "Piccola Torre" completes the facility. In the setting of the 17th-century manor house recovered with love and attention, the guests will be welcomed in intimate settings with the friendliness and skill of the chef Fiore Grillo. The chef studies with passion both dishes of our tradition and the methods and modern recipes to offer the best of both worlds. A leap into the tastes of the past and modern quality, but always respectful of the seasons, in one of the richest areas of the food and wine world. The chef serves excellent dishes linked to the Italian regions, like the fish specialties, from our Mediterranean tradition. Easy to reach, Tenuta La Romana has a particular vocation to welcome high level events. The spacious areas, both indoors and outdoors, are suitable to satisfy every need, making the facility ideal as a setting for ceremonies and meetings. Different rooms and settings are available: from the elegant 300 m2 room on the ground floor with large windows to more intimate cosy rooms with a scenic view of the lake and vineyards.
