APICOLTURA CIVAROLO

Riccardo Civarolo is a beekeeper, who practices nomadism so that his bees find the best blooms of each botanical species. He makes 12 monofloral honeys, including tarassaco, rhododendron, eucalyptus and thyme, moving the hives from the Monferrato hills (for acacia, sunflower and alfalfa) to the Canavese area (for chestnut), up to an altitude of more than 2000 m of the pastures of Gran Paradiso.
