APICOLTURA MAINARDI

Black locust is the most widespread tree in the hills of Asti, which has always been dotted with vineyards and hazelnuts. From these plants, Anna Mainardi obtains a radiant honey (winner, in 2007, of the first prize at the Franci National Competition in Montalcino), with a full-flavoured yet delicate taste, perfect with robiola of Roccaverano. Other proposals include the millefiori, the chestnut and a range of ancient specialities.
