The Vallera organic company, in the full respect of bees and nature, produces seven varieties of honey: acacia, millefiori, wood honeydew, chestnut, lime, rhododendron and dandelion. The lime honey and the rhododendron are both excellent, the first is particularly suitable for freeing the respiratory tract and the second was awarded among the best Italian honeys in 2008.
