Francesco Gambino produces the Deliziosa, nougat-based cream, combining his milk with the Piedmont hazelnuts. It is accompanied by the hazelnuts with acacia honey, both the crumbly and the soft nougat and the honey, hazelnut and cocoa cream called Ciocomiele. Among the different types of honey stand out the excellent single flower (acacia, lime, dandelion and chestnut) and the perfumed millefiori.
