AZ. AGR. LO SPAVENTAPASSERI

This family-run organic farm grows vines, fruit and vegetables; wild flowers and fruit are picked in the surrounding woods. On the farm, Cristina makes preserves and jams following local traditional recipes: cougnà, bagnet ross, rosehip, acacia flower and white pumpkin jams. The new products include extra plum and extra quince apple jams. They also produce wine: Freisa d'Asti Doc and Barbera d'Asti Docg.
