Honey is the flagship of this company, the base of a nougat De.Co. from Asti since 2007. Luigi Serra proposes it in a soft and crumbly version using egg white, Piedmontese hazelnuts, vanilla, wafers, a small dose of sugar and four different varieties of monofloral honey which, alone, make up 50% of the mix.
