In Mirabello Monferrato, Fabrizio Aggeri has bred Helix Aspersa snails (about 35,000 snails per year) since 2008. His laboratory is located in a beautifully renovated farmhouse from which many products, including snails sauce with carrots, celery, wine, tomatoes, herbs (De.Co. dish) and snails in delicate greenery have arisen. From the cultivation of fruits and vegetables arise jams and preserves including roasted peppers, bagna cauda and sauces, which you can buy in their shop. Open on Saturday and Sunday.
