BE VINO CHEESE&WINE BAR

Wine shop-winery opened in 2012 thanks to an idea by Elia Botto, who wanted to enclose the English verb “to be” in the name as a reference to life, to the tastes of good things, good food and time spent together without any compromise. An ideal location for aperitifs and simple dinners, in which to taste good wine and excellent platters of cured meats and cheeses of the Caseificio dell'Alta Langa accompanied by jams, salads and, at lunch, sandwiches with quality products. The same products tasted during the tasting sessions can be purchased at the counter.
