The historical Hotel Alli Due Buoi Rossi is home to a new restaurant designed for the residents of Alessandria and the hotel guests. Chef Marco Gaiola will be at the helm of the new Bistrot Cavour of Alessandria. A few uncomplicated ingredients, combined in a delicious and original manner: simplicity is a serious thing and it expresses itself each day through his creative vein that loves to leave a tangible footprint of his unconventional cooking rich in emotions. A new gastronomic journey with solid roots in traditional Piedmont cuisine but which also lets the diner "play" with food, which here becomes true interaction, through shapes, colours and flavours.
