CA’ DEL PONTE

A cheese of ancient origin, fresh ivory-white paste, with a delicate and slightly acidulous taste, which can be eaten fresh or mature: this is the Robiola di Roccaverano, the best goat cheese in the world. The homelands of the Robiola are the provinces of Alessandria and Asti, above all between Roccaverano and Monastero Bormida where we find producers like Cà del Ponte that opened a new laboratory with shop in summer 2014, thanks to the will of the younger generation of the Rizzolio-Catalano farm.
