CASA BRINA

Under the Casa Brina brand, the Bava family produces wines and the oil obtained from the hazelnuts grown in the lower parts of its vineyards in Monferrato. It is obtained by mechanical pressing with a newly designed press and packaged in the bright round bottle. It has a delicate elegant aroma and is ideal as a dressing for agnolotti, carpaccio or fish. The 18th century wine cellars are home to collections of antique glasses and wine machines, as well as a rare series of sacramental wines born from "Il vino sull'altare" (Wine on the altar) seminars that include the homemade products Alleluia, based on Moscato, and the raisin wine Malvaxia Sincerum.
