CASCINA ROCCHINO

Cascina Rocchino, founded by the unforgettable Don Roberto Verri, has produced Robiola of Roccaverano since 1981. It is an authentic goats cheese from goats bred and raised on the farm and fed at pasture. Their other cheeses are also excellent: toma, tomini and mature cheeses, all made from raw milk with lactic curd, without preservatives and additives. Suggested are also the flavoured tomini : parsley and garlic, basil from Liguria, Taggiasche olives, and black pepper or cayenne pepper.
