Complesso di San Pietro in Consavia e Museo Civico Archeologico

The complex includes the 12th century round church, the Valperga chapel (1446-1467) and the 13th century cloister and priory. The priory houses the Archaeological Museum that showcases a rich collection of Egyptian exhibits, pre-Roman metals, Greek, Ancient Greek and Etruscan ceramics, and numerous Roman finds. The complex of San Pietro in Consavia can be visited at the following times: November-March from Tuesday to Sunday: 10 am - 1 pm and 3 pm - 6 pm. April to October from Tuesday to Sunday: 10 am - 1 pm and 4 pm - 7 pm. Closed on Mondays. The Smarticket is the single integrated ticket that allows access to the Complex and to the other five sites of Fondazione Asti Musei; the ticket, valid for the 7 days following the first validation, can be purchased at Palazzo Mazzetti.
