Cuvage is the essence of sparkling wines. The knowledgeable balance between "Cuvée and Perlage" two of the most important operations for sparkling wines. Cuvage is a project with the objective of integrating the supply chain with the production of quality aromatic sparkling wines, checking from the bunch to the bottle. This is a factor on which the company relies heavily, with the aim of bringing back into fashion one of the most important production facilities of Acqui. The winery was created with the ambitious goal of recovering and revitalising the Piedmont sparkling wine tradition, unfortunately partly forgotten today but with great potential. Every step is followed with care, from the bunch to the bottle, side by side with the local winegrowers. A supply chain project that focuses, first and foremost, on quality and relies on a true and proper joint venture in the territory. Cuvage sparkling wines, all classic method, are a perfect mix of tradition and future. Three flagship products: Brut Rosé, 100% from Nebbiolo grapes originating from the Barolo area, with an 18-month stay on yeasts; the Blanc de Blancs, namely Chardonnay in purity; Cuvage de Cuvage, a Piedmontese re-interpretation of champagne, where Nebbiolo replaces the Pinot Meunier, next to Pinot Nero and Chardonnay.
