FABBRICA ITALIANA LIQUORI SAN SALVATORE

Initially homemade for domestic consumption and later produced in larger quantities by a factory in Pavia, Elisir of Nonna Ilvia was immediately appreciated. Obtained by the hydro-alcoholic infusion of fragrant verbena, medicinal herbs and spices with sugar and lemon peel, with remarkable digestive properties (approximately 30°), it is also excellent on ice cream, fruit salad and for the preparation of a punch. The idea came from Giampiero Baucia who patented the recipe of his mother Ilvia and started production together with Filippo Lupo. The collaboration with the Allemanni pastry shop has led to the birth of Cioccoelisir, chocolates filled with the homonymous liqueur and the Torre biscuits flavoured with Elisir.
