The villa was a wedding gift for the noblewoman Carolina dei marchesi Albrizzi, and it has been a country residence since the 19th century. The Percorso La Marchesa, designed by Cornish & Silva Inc. Golfcourse Architect, is inserted into an area of over 110 hectares. The woods and the lively course of the Albedosa stream make it scenic, challenging and fun. Alongside, there are another 18 holes, designed by Graham Cooke. The new course called "Paradiso" has insidious and delicate greens.
