The specialty of I Grissinari are those pressed by hand and baked in a wood oven, flavored by the use of high-quality extra virgin olive oil from Liguria. The other bakery products are of significant level and so is the wide range of biscuits offered: canestrelli, lagacci and cantucci biscuits. Pizza and focaccia are also produced directly in the presence of customers in the store, emerging from a small oven constantly at work.
