IN SEARCH OF THE TRUFFLE. The passion for truffles has been passed down from five generations in the Romagnolo family: not only are they gathered and the best Astigiano samples sold, but a part of the house has been transformed into a museum of the ‘Tuber Magnatum Pico’, accompanying customers into the woods and to the natural truffle grounds for a fascinating hunt. The visits are night and day, by reservation, all year round: from January to April for the black winter truffle, from May to November for the black summer truffle and from September to January for the prized white.
