3 km along the road that goes towards Cuccaro from Vignale, you will meet this pioneering farm restaurant characterised by its large apple orchard. On booking, it is possible to taste homemade cuisine made with home-grown ingredients. The menu: vegetable timbales, friciulin (fritters), toma cheese with apple sauce and honey, agnolotti piemontese style, veal in tuna sauce, apple tart, cream semifreddo, bonet (chocolate amaretti spoon dessert). The farming museum is definitely worth visiting.
