LA REGINA DEL MOSTO

Paolo Frola is many overwhelming things in one: medical officer of Rochetta Tanaro, whimsical singer-songwriter and passionate gourmet. He and his wife Paola have created the chutney production company (Frolantheon) where the "Regina del Mosto" branded delicacies are born starting with Paolini, unique caramelised chilli peppers with Moscato and centre of Gentile Tonda hazelnut of the Langhe, perfect for boiled meat. There are also caramelised figs, mulled wine sauce with cinnamon and chilli pepper, caramelised oranges with Moscato, Moscato al Limon (caramelised Moscato with lemon inside) and Barbera grape chutney.
