Saracco prepares magnificent cakes without the use of preservatives: cake with sultanas, hazelnut cake, rum truffles, amaretti. The secret of the panettone lies in the special yeast which has been kept alive for half a century while the Easter colomba is prepared with the same recipe, but without sultanas and with the addition of cream and candied orange. The bread is excellent and the water grissini are fragrant.
