Alex Primo runs this historical butchery according to the teachings of his father's tradition. He takes personal charge of the selection in small trusted stalls and its subsequent butcher in Tagliolo Monferrato. The result is a wide choice of cuts such as the special boiled meats ,meats for roasts, chops, fillets and sirloin.
