PASTICCERIA BAR CAVO

The sweet symbol between Gavi and Voltaggio is, undoubtedly, the amaretto, which has gained transregional fame. Cavo has been producing it by hand for five generations, with a registered trademark: covered with icing sugar, they are prepared according to the original recipe with the unmistakable fragrance of almonds from Puglia. There is no shortage of canestrelli, another typical dessert, in the Ligurian version alongside the pandolce, brutti e buoni, Lagaccio biscuits, baci di dama with Piedmont hazelnuts, almond pastries. It is also possible to order savoury snacks, fresh and dry pastries and cakes.
