Pasticceria Bosca

A historic pastry shop in the centre of Canelli, awarded the title of Artisan Excellence of Piedmont, where every day Sergio Bosca bakes local handmade sweet specialties: from the pan Canej (hazelnut cake of Canelli) to the stisse, shortcrust hazelnut drops; from the Bon Ben Bon with white chocolate, dark chocolate and hazelnut, to the Mattone della Langhe, prepared according to Nonna Rosa’s recipe. These specialities are joined by the typical Piedmontese pastries, prepared by the book, such as baci di dama, amaretti, brut e bon, truffles, etc. The pastry and chocolate production is happily joined by the savoury pastries and artisan ice cream production. It won the Golosario award in 2013 for the Pastries.
