Zanetti has also become a cafeteria, with Alberto and Massimo always ready to serve mignon glasses in various flavours (dark chocolate with rosemary honey; lemon and sage with white chocolate; Piedmont hazelnut cremoso), Tanarini with a rum chocolate ganache filling, profiteroles covered with gianduia cream and filled with chantilly cream, chocolate sculptures, Moscato d'Asti bignole and mousse cakes.
