PREMIATA FABBRICA AMARETTI MORIONDO CARLO - ENOTECA BISTROT

All the products here are made by hand without the use of flour. Their fame is connected to the traditional Amaretti of Mombaruzzo (De.Co. product), prepared according to an ancient recipe that is over two hundred years old. They are available in different variants, with candied fruit, with coffee, covered with dark chocolate, and the Dolce Nocciola (amaretto prepared with the Tonda Gentile delle Langhe hazelnut); the last-born include the soft amaretti with Dilidia grappa. In the renovated premises, there is also a bistro that offers an extensive wine list and delicious quality menus but also local products, including delicious artisan ice cream prepared as in the past with fresh ingredients without the use of preservatives.
