Timo & Rosmarino

Our passion for good and genuine cuisine has given way to Timo e Rosmarino, a small restaurant in Alessandria, connected with the cuisine and wines of the area. We take particular care in selecting quality and seasonal raw materials. There are only Piedmont wines on the wine list and a Menu composed of three dishes per course, to always ensure the freshness of our products. Our ‘Battua al Coltello Timo e Rosmarino’ (Beef tartare) and our “Tagliata di Limousine” (Thinly sliced beef) are always available and the result of the collaboration with the farming company “Bruzzone Marco”: a small company that follows the entire production chain, while the rest of the menu changes periodically: OPENING TIMES Mon: 12pm–2:30pm, 7:30pm –10pm: 12pm–2:30pm, 7:30pm–10pm Wed: 12pm–2:30pm, 7:30pm–10pm Thur: 12pm–2:30pm, 7:30pm–10pm Fri: 12pm–2:30pm, 7:30pm–10pm Sat: 12pm–2:30pm, 7:30pm–10pm Sun: Closed
