Green sauce

This green bagnetto sauce, which now enjoys international fame, is one of the pillars of Piedmontese cooking. Its basic ingredients are parsley, garlic, soft bread interior, oil, vinegar and salt. However, it would appear no two cooks would ever agree on the exact composition, as everyone seems to have their own personal recipe. Additional ingredients can be the yolk of a hard-boiled egg, anchovies, capers, chili pepper, pickled vegetables, tuna, pepper in addition to many others. The following recipe is the classic one and only uses the five base ingredients mentioned above.
